Cancellation Policy

::: CANCELLATION POLICY ::: If you do need to reschedule for any reason, please give me at least 24 hour notice via email, phone, or text. You can reach me at DesertBloomInk@gmail.com or 250-540-8052. If you do not arrive within 15 minutes of your scheduled appointment or you happen to miss your appointment completely without 24 hour notice, please note you will be charged the full amount for your booked services. But, please call me if you think you will be late, I’d rather still see you! Deposits made for services will be refunded if you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment. You may need to reschedule if: * You are pregnant, breastfeeding, or sick. * You have had microdermabrasion, chemical peel, micro-needling, IPL, laser hair removal, etc. in the last 4 weeks, let’s reschedule for just after that time period to give your skin time to heal properly. * You have any recent scars (less than a year) in the treatment area we are working on, please let me know and we will determine if we can work around them or need to reschedule after the scar is 1 year old. The tissue continues to change and won’t retain ink properly if it is prior to 1 year, and I want to make sure you receive your desired results. * If you are in remission or have a serious illness/disease, let’s make sure you have a doctor’s approval first to make sure you are going to be ok with a permanent makeup/SMP procedure. * Please do not book this appointment right before a vacation or time about to be spent in the sun! You will need 3-4 weeks out of the sun please.
